From Maryland arrived in town Friday notice an issue made appointment on Saturday for Monday. Dealership identified the problem had the parts and by the end of the day received vehicle back.

The only thing I would improve is a bit of the communication. It all started when I tried to call to reach someone for service. The phone system was awful and it put me through to the Orlando location where a very angry/bitter? man answered. I explained the issue and he said we'd need to bring it in. I asked how long it would take to inspect the car and he said "now how would I know that?" and I said well I assume an overall vehicle inspection is either 1-2 hours or 4 hours or all day or overnight, I'm just looking at if we can wait or need to arrange other transportation since it's our only car. He kept saying "I don't know" and I ended the call. When I called back, it sent me to a customer service manager(?) and I left a msg for her. She called me back and left a msg asking if they had reached out yet and they had not so I called her back directly but again got voicemail and left a msg. After no response still, I texted our salesman, Omar (shout out!!!) and he had service call me. Roxie was a DREAM! She understood my issues, told me it would be 1-2 hours to inspect, and got me an appt. She followed up with me, had a direct line to her, just fantastic. Come the day of service, got the car in for the appt and was ready to sit for 1-2 hours. After being there a little over an hour I checked in to see if they had found out if they were replacing the light package or if it was something else. She said it was the light package. I asked how much longer that would take then (had been quoted 1-2 hours to inspect) and she said "give me 2.5-3 hours" so I decided to pay for an uber home as that's our only car and that way I could at least do stuff around the house, assuming that meant give me an additional 2.5-3 hours... About an hour later I get a text that the car is done. When I noted the 2.5-3 hour window given I was told "oh that was from your arrival this morning, total time". Had I known that, I wouldn't have spent the $40+ to uber there and back, I would have just stayed the hour there and saved the money... I am glad (hopefully?) it's fixed and that it was done in one trip. I truly am grateful for the forethinking to order the parts and help us out but between trying to reach a person and the miscommunication re time that was the only reason it dropped to 4 stars. I wish there was a vehicle loan program for service dept. This is our only car (and we love it) but it's hard to sit in the lobby for hours and it's too costly to uber any time I need service. Let me please reiterate Roxie is a GODSEND and there was just a little miscommunication that was a bummer. The true drop to 4 stars came mostly from the original attempt to contact someone in service. I am sure now that I have Roxie's phone number this will not be an issue again (hopefully!) and next time I'll also be more clear to get a better estimate for our time because that coffee maker is yummy and I can sit for 2 hours :)
