The sales process was fine, and Danny Rodriguez was a pleasure to work with. However, the finance manager, Brando, was helpful until we walked out the door with our new vehicle. He never shared with us who our loan was through and leaving that information to get our car insurance, put us in a predicament. We called and left several messages, asking him to call us back with that information, which he never did. Luckily, the person that answers the general line was eventually able to share that information with us. Due to Brando‘s lack of customer focus, we would not recommend the Napleton VW dealership.
