Service included routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation. Also recall for passenger side airbag issue. A separate issue involved Infotainment System. On occasions System does not operate properly or not at all. On occasion phone operation stops working or radio system malfunctions. Radio will stop working, Sirius, AM/FM. Navigation system is always on. Regardless of cockpit setting prior to turning vehicle off, Navigational map always appear at vehicle start up. Service tech reloaded s/w but made no difference. The Infotainment issue affects other VW owners according to Internet discussion. Owners agree a h/w module replacement is required to correct Infotainment issue.
