I had a fantastic experience at Napleton’s Volkswagen of Sanford when I came in for a new tire. From start to finish, the service was smooth, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. Roxy, my service advisor, was absolutely wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure I understood every step of the process. She kept me updated and made the whole experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who’s both professional and personable, but Roxy nailed it. I also want to give a huge shoutout to Donna in the parts department. She was super helpful and knowledgeable when it came to sourcing the right tire. She worked seamlessly with Roxy to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Thanks to both Roxy and Donna, what could have been a frustrating day turned into a genuinely positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs and recommending Napleton’s VW of Sanford to friends and family.
