Jacob was our advisor and he was awesome! He was easy to keep in contact with and he kept us updated the whole time. I needed to make sure I had my car to drive my kids to school and he made sure that it was going to be finished in time. He even had the driver come before the car was finished so that we would be on time. Thank you for everything

Jonathan Fiermonti service manager at NAPLETON SANFORD the best. very happy with sanford staff VOLKSWAGEN experts and great staff they fix our vehicle in 4 days amazing job. we had taken our vehicle to VOLKSWAGEN SOUTH! at VW SOUTH in orlando no one know what there doing and screw up our ATLAS we started shopping to change vehicle because all issues that was causing our vehicle not ac and turn off while driving with kids in vehicle and had 90 day no result in fixing it. never go back to orlando store all dumb @$$. SANFORD best tech.and service staff.
